We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! Our staff is trained, skilled, and has years of experience treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to provide energetic and fun-­loving service to each patient, and we stay current with the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

      Nicole Office Manager

      Nicole joined Waterloo Family Dental in 2014 and comes with more than 15 years of management, marketing and operations experience. She has a strong customer service background and passion for helping people. Nicole lives in Columbus with her three black cats, Zelda, Oli and Alfred. On her days off, she enjoys gardening, antiquing and spending time with her niece and nephew.

        Melissa Dental Assistant

        Melissa has been with Columbus Family Dental and Waterloo Family Dental since 2017. Before completing her certification in Dental Assisting from Madison College, Melissa worked as a CNA. She is passionate about great health and dental care and prides herself with making every patient feel comfortable as she helps them perfect their smiles. At home, Melissa enjoys cooking, gardening, and watching movies with her son.

          Morgan Dental Assistant

          Morgan has been with Waterloo Family Dental/Columbus Family Dental since 2017. She likes making patients feel at home and strives to provide comfort and warmth at every visit. Outside of the work, Morgan enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

            Selina Dental Assistant

            Selina has been working with Columbus Family Dental/Waterloo Family Dental since 2016 and received her Dental Assistant Diploma at Madison College. In her spare time, Selina enjoys hiking and kayaking.

              Lori Dental Hygienist

              Lori grew up in Madison, where she graduated from the dental hygiene program in 1988. She has enjoyed working in Waterloo for over 20 years. She enjoys meeting new people and building relationships with her patients. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active, gardening, travel and spending time with family and friends.

                Wendy Dental Hygienist

                Wendy aspired to become a dental hygienist at the age of 12 and graduated from MATC in 2004, completing that goal. She enjoys music, board games and going for walks. She resides in Marshall with her husband, Jamie, and son, Larsen.
