Office Manager

Nicole joined Waterloo Family Dental in 2014 and has more than 20 years of management, marketing and operations experience. She has a strong customer service background and passion for helping people. Nicole lives in Columbus with her three black cats, Zelda, Oli and Alfred, where she is constantly working on fixer-upper house projects. On her days off, she enjoys gardening, thrifting and antiquing, and spoiling her niece and nephew.

Megan has been with Waterloo Family Dental since 2018. She has over 10 years of experience in the customer service field. She loves meeting and getting to know our patients, and helping them navigate their dental experience from scheduling to insurance. Megan’s family has resided in Waterloo for over 20 years. Outside of work, she loves to knit and read and is excited by new coffee mugs.

Lori grew up in Madison, where she graduated from the dental hygiene program in 1988. She has enjoyed working in Waterloo for over 20 years. She enjoys meeting new people and building relationships with her patients. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active, gardening, travel and spending time with family and friends.

Nicole joined the team of Waterloo Family Dental and Columbus Family Dental in 2021. She graduated from Madison College in 2016. In her spare time, you can find Nicole spending time outdoors. She enjoys camping, hiking and kayaking with her husband.

Anett graduated in May of 2025 obtaining her certification in Dental Assisting from Madison College. Soon after, she joined the dental team here and looks forward to building relationships with patients and working in a welcoming environment. During her free time, she enjoys starting new hobbies (even if they don’t get finished), being outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Cassidy joined Columbus Family Dental after completing the Dental Assistant program at Madison College in 2024. She has always been interested in the dental field, and she will be continuing on to Dental Hygiene school in Minnesota.

Kayla has been in the dental field since 2020 and recently joined our team. She enjoys meeting new patients and getting to know them. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys gardening, being outdoors and spending time with her family.

Melissa has been with Waterloo and Columbus Family Dental since 2017. Before completing her certification in Dental Assisting from Madison College, Melissa worked as a CNA. She is passionate about great health and dental care and prides herself with making every patient feel comfortable as she helps them perfect their smiles. At home, Melissa enjoys cooking, gardening, and watching movies with her son.

Rachael joined the team at Columbus and Waterloo Family Dental in 2024. She graduated from Madison College’s Dental Assisting program and is returning for their Dental Hygiene program. She loves spending time with friends and family, and loves anything Harry Potter.

Riley joined Columbus Family Dental after completing a dental assistant program in Janesville. She brings a positive attitude to everything she does and enjoys helping patients feel at ease. Outside of work, Riley likes to travel, spend time outdoors, and be with friends and family.
